2025 and Thinkspeed is still bad, having slow speeds and lag to the point I cannot do work. Hard to get a hold of, diffcult to know their operating hours and they have not called me back when they said they would.

Thinkspeed's fibre infrastructure is very unstable. I get disconnects every 5 minutes. Avoid if you can!

Pathetic service! I was messaged to say I’d receive a call (19:30-20:00), no call received. I was then phoned over a very long time (weeks) and then was told that they would phone back around 6. I phoned in at 7 because I was waiting so long and they said they don’t help after 5. Why offer to phone if you close before then! It’s almost 3 weeks without internet and they REFUSE to be of any help! Just blank promises and no effort

I Would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr.Antonio Pereira at the century city branch for the outstanding service it takes one person to make a change to challenge things that's not right to walk in the clients shoes.I lost both my parents in womens month and it was extremely difficult for me I'm very grateful ? for Mr.Antonio that took the time to assist us and really showed interest in our situation thank you very much .May God bless you and your family.

When up, it’s fine, but when down which is often after load shedding or a new month (or year in today’s case) it gives a connection without internet access. Someone then activates the service again, and all is ok, but why should I always have to report it before anything is done, and on a public holiday, the ISP does not take calls!
