I requested to close all my banking accounts and cancel my Vitaly with Discovery 2 weeks ago. A week after I requested to close my accounts, they charged me for service fees, account fees, interest charges, vitality membership, monthly facility fees To this day the accounts are not closed and now they refuse to close it because its in arrears. I am not willing to pay all those fees since they delayed the process.

I had a scheduled delivery. I receive a missed call, tried to call back but no answer. half hour later they send a message and say that their outside, I go outside and wait 10 minutes. No one there. I call the contact center and they want to reschedule the delivery because I missed it. Poor service!
Thinkspeed's fibre infrastructure is very unstable. I get disconnects every 5 minutes. Avoid if you can!
I'm having intermittent connection issues. This disconnects my vpn for my office network and is very disruptive. I've opened multiple tickets for this, but each time it's just closed without a resolution or any communication from Afrihost support. The support staff is not very helpful and sometimes a bit rude. They also do not understand the basic principles of networking. Afrihost used to be excellent, but over the last couple of years I've had to log numerous tickets, and most of them without any resolution. Time to cancel with them :(
I want to return my product but cant get hold of anyone. Will be filing a complaint with the National Consumer Commission. Do not buy any of their products if you expect support from them. They only have email support and they never reply.
In July I took my car in for a service. They also had to replace my brake pads and discs. I had to take my car back 4 times after receiving it back from the "service" in order to fix the rattles that they caused. They didnt fit the same parts that was in the car. Today I had to put in two bottles of oil. So within 3 months my car ran out of oil. On the service sheet it shows that they put in oil and an oil filter. I do not trust them. Would NOT recommend this place. My service was at the Tygervalley branch
I took my car in for a service on Friday 29 July 2022. They phoned me shortly after to say that I have to replace my brake discs and pads. I then said they can continue. After the call I decided that I wanted to get more quotes to compare and called them back after 30 minutes to stop them, because I got a cheaper quote. They then claimed to already have fitted the discs and pads, and they cant stop. They also said my car is already in the queue to be washed. When I collected my car, the car was still wet, so clearly it wasnt at the washing when I called. I also asked for the parts that were removed, but they didnt give me the parts. They also failed to reset the service interval notification. Today (Monday 1 August 2022) I was driving and there is a rattle front right. The front brakes were replaced. I am taking the car back tomorrow.
On 27 April I ordered some shoes online. The courier company failed to deliver the parcel, so I cancelled the order. Its now been more than a week where Old Khaki is not refunding me, as they are waiting for the delivery company to return the parcel. I do not understand why I should be held accountable for the parcel or the incompetent courier company (DPD Laser - 1 stars reviews), since the parcel was never delivered. Old Khaki must process my refund immediately I was on the phone with a person named Lee, of which I had to call multiple times to cancel. I was also on a chat with Ruth G trying to resolve this matter. To date this matter is not resolved.
