They are cutting my internet (provided by Webafrica and frogfoot) and not fixing it. Since 26 September. Portofino, Island Club.
No internet access from 26 Sep -2 Oct. Had to contact Frogfoot direct to solve issue. Then off again from 4 Oct and again after logging calls still no resolve. . Fault 161718. They credit me for first period off a fraction of what I pay, so they are ****** as well. Actively looking at an alternative solution because Webafrica just dont care.
Charge you for a package and when you check the speed it is nowhere close to what you are paying for. For more than 30 days I have been trying to get this sorted out. Frogfoots reply to Webafrica?: "There are still ongoing issues with Frogfoot regrades. We are awaiting further feedback that the migrations are 100% complete." How many years does migration take and why keep on advertising speeds that you clearly cannot deliver? FALSE ADVERTISING.
