Demanding funds which have been settled already.
If you donβt want to receive threats regarding an account youβve already settled which your medical aid also paid for donβt consider this institution, this people sent me multiple threats via email which said Iβll be ITC listed for an outstanding balance which I settled after they notified me that my medical aid didnβt pay a balance due to them , I advised that I am unemployed once I get the funds to pay I will do so, which I did but guess what they sent me to collections claiming I still owe them an amount of R400.00 , which was already settled, the R400.00 turned to an additional R500.00 (R900.00 in total) , I sent email with POP that the R400.00 was paid but that was not enough according to them I owe them , they will send you to collections for an account which has been settled , so much for helping people deal with depression just to add to that depression , go to them at your own risk

Questionable Practices with severe repercutions
I was unfortunate to have to deal with this social worker. Standard procedures were not followed. I was only able to contact them via mobile number from word of mouth reference which is not good. One is not able to walk in and services are not available in case of emergencies for children. Once services was rendered it became evident that case numbers which does not exist were provided which actually slips through the justice system if not challenged. Be careful of this service provider. Report irregularities to the SACSSP immediately, do proper enquiries on their methods which I was able to determine is outdated and easily copied for people to use in preparations for their cases. This provider participates in questionable practices by actually providing me with the assessments and motivation to prepare for in advance. This is questionable and should be reported to the South African Council for Social Services Professionals. Only after using this service and dealing with professionals in the legal system did the information become available that this provider uses questionable strategies which I have experienced personally. I was also not provided with the necessary information and proper policies and procedures were not followed. Stay away from so called professionals like this. Stay away from professionals that commit fraud and do not follow policies and procedures as was evident. It's tedious to challenge and report questionable practitioners but worth it in order to protect others. Do not just accept the findings they submit, people like this Mrs van der Merwe actually just misleads the courts and they fall for it. Fight for your children and this questionable practices! I was only able to contact them via mobile number from word of mouth reference which is not good. One is not able to walk in and services are not available in case of emergencies for children. Once services was rendered it became evident that fictitious case numbers were provided which actually slips through the justice system if not challenged. Be careful of this service provider. Report irregularities to the SACSSP immediately, do proper enquiries on their methods which I was able to determine is outdated and easily copied for people to use in unethical preparations for their cases. This provider participates in unethical practices by actually providing me with the assessments and motivation to prepare for in advance. This is unethical and should be reported to the South African Council for Social Services Professionals. Only after using this service and dealing with professionals in the legal system did the information become available that this provider uses unethical strategies which I have experienced personally. I was also not provided with the necessary information and proper policies and procedures were not followed. Stay away from professionals like this. Stay away from professionals that commit fraud and do not follow policies and procedures as was evident. It's tedious to challenge and report unethical practitiomers but worth it in order to protect others. Do not just accept the findings they submit, people like this Mrs van der Merwe actually just misleads the courts and they fall for it. Fight for your children and this corruptness! Start with the SACSSP.
