I ordered two maternity PJ outfits for hospital when the package got delivered the wrong sizes got delivered completely. I then chatted to the sales associate and she informed me that a new package was going to get delivered with the correct sizes. The second package that came had the wrong order completely. Cherry Melon really needs to employ staff that are literate and can actually pack orders correctly. On closer inspection on their clothes after having worn them the quality is pathetic. Shein offers better quality. Save your money and never support this business as they could not even help the customer be satisfied with anything.

Bought a jean at the Menlyn branch for R800. For this price, you at least expect it to be good quality. This is not the case. A week later (keep in mind, only had it on twice), it started ripped. Took it back to the shop. The best they can do, is to send it to head office in Cape Town. After "fixing" it, they can courier it back to me. How should I wear a jean like this in public, what if it ripped while in a shop? They can't give a new one, or a refund. Will never buy there again. Will also never advise someone to shop there. Money wasted.

You would think buying a T-shirt for R300, you would at least get a very good quality shirt, nope, not the case! I bought 2, the black one is smaller than the white one and it's the exact same size. The white one had a miss stitch at the neck area but in such a way that it really is difficult to fix, I however did it myself anyways! I don't know, I think they are wayyyy over priced for the quality you get!

Bought a jean online from Cherry Melon Maternity wear, 3 days later it tore on the outside of my leg, I emailed them to please do something. Sent the invoice and a picture of where the jean tore, on the picture you can even see that the jean is not even tight around my leg. Their response was that I should go to Menlyn and give the jean in at your Cherry Melon store there (man I LOVE going to corona infected mall’s when im 30weeks pregnant?!!) and the Cherry on the cake, they will send the jean all the way to Cape Town to have it fixed.... So I then explain to them that I needed this jean 2 weeks ago already, I had to wait for payday to be able to afford this R600 pair of jeans that lasted a whole 3 days, and I do not want to wait for how many weeks to fix it in Cape Town! Their reply: no it wont take that long. So I really expected them to immediately exchange my jean and courier to me a new pair of jeans with an apology. But it seems like that is too much to ask. No exchange policy I assume?? So I asked my grandmother to fix it for me, luckily she doesn’t live in Cape Town?!. She was disgusted at how bad Cherry Melon’s stitching was with my jean, and that’s what I get for R600? No this is beyond bad service.

I bought items at the Cresta branch that were on sale and returned the items on Monday the 17th of March. Upon return l was told that l could not get a refund because the items were sale items and not refundable and therefore l had to find something else in the shop. I then proceeded to do and this time item l took was not a sale item so did not want to loose my money. This item l returned again the following day because l didn't like it & l felt l had been forced to buy it. To my suprise l was told because its not a sale item now l must get a voucher so l can purchase something. Again l am be forced to buy something in this shop because l made a mistake of buying the first time. Nowhere in the Cresta shop are these t&cs highlighted so warn consumers PRIOR to a sale. The sales people in this shop do not alert consumers to this condition. I left the item in the shop as l had no use for it and no desire to return to a place that practices such dispeakable traits. The fact that l am returning means its a return and l must not be forced to purchase something else.
