Absolutely horrible. My pensioner mom got notification to update FICA docs. She was told she could do it over the phone only to get another sms that it is still outstanding and had to go to a branch. She had to sit at a branch for hours. She is elderly and cannot sit too long. This was in May. Today they just blocked the account. No sms no call nothing. Tried to call and now again telling her to go to a branch. After she did this already. Now she has no money for food as there was no warning. How can other banks do fica via email or app but Nedbank cannot. Absolutely disgusting treatments for pensioner clients.
My parcel arrived on 3 December 2024 at the hub and I cannot get any indication when the parcel will be delivered. Chat service via WhatsApp does not work, just sends the same message over and over and does not connect to an agent. And nobody answers the phone even after holding for 30 min.
The courier lost my parcel in May 2024. I have contacted paxi countless times and logged a claim for the lost parcel, yet they keep saying that I will receive an SMS to complete my claim. Almost 3 months later and still no SMS or any claim payout received. Their terms and conditions state that your goods are insured to a value of R500 and my parcel values was about R260.
Made a purchase on Friday and received my order the following Monday. Great service and quick delivery

Trying to cancel a contract which is complete i.e 24 months is done is impossible. I have phoned 135 every day and then get to the cancellation department only to hold for hours without any answer. Done this for two weeks now. Sending emails, no response and the general mailbox is full.
Probably the worst service I have received from a courier company. The package came from overseas and cleared customs more than two weeks ago, but still, it has not been delivered. Aramex keeps saying they escalated the matter for it to be delivered. Either the package is lost or so badly damaged that they don't want / can't deliver it. Shocking service by a company who has global footprint.
Great quality leather shoes and accessories at amazing price. Shoes are made to order and therefore more sustainable. Great service too
