If Chevrolet cars don't have parts in here in South Africa, why Chevrolet vehicles still on sale in South Africa? I drive Chevrolet sonic 1.6 LS , 2015 but i can't find Spare parts for it all over South Africa. I'v been looking for engine mount since early last year but no help. Even tie rods are finished and i can't find Spare parts for them.

I'm being held hostage by GM. I have to pay for a pin code to unlock my vehicle's radio! GM changed their system and as a result, I have to pay R650 to R1 250. I have been driving without a radio for well over 4 months.

I bought my chevrolet Captiva in 2017 and took out a service plan which clearly indicates that it's for 5 years or 90000km whichever comes first. I took my car for service last week Saturday at Williams Hunt Roodepoort only to find out my service plan has lapsed, since then I've been given the run around. When GM closed down I suspected we will have problems

Atrocious service. Totally disgusted with their level of service. Took my car in for service in March 2020, in November 2020 I have to run around Sindi and Pier to resolve issues from the original service. Sindi the service consultant was extremely rude, arrogant, banged her hands on the table while she spoke to me. Pier the manager said he will call me back to book the vehicle in again, he didn't. How do you treat people like this and get away with it? Your reviews on Google Maps are terrible, how does management turn a blind eye to such?

Atrocious service. Totally disgusted with their level of service. Took my car in for service in March 2020, in November 2020 I have to run around Sindi and Pier to resolve issues from the original service. Sindi the service consultant was extremely rude, arrogant, banged her hands on the table while she spoke to me. Pier the manager said he will call me back to book the vehicle in again, he didn't. 3 year old car being repaired due to manufacturers fault Leah L | 02 Jun 2019, 01:35 My 3 year chev cruze has undergone several repairs which includes waterpump, turbo and something converter and now they discovered that the engine is damaged. They have not given me a courtesy car despite my car being at the service centre for a full month. I do not feel safe driving such a 'repaired' car as a single woman. They are refusing to refund me or to give me a new car. What are my rights. I am incurring costs towards the taxi service.

They were paid a week in advance for repairs that was needed on my chev sonic rs turbo, they received the parts a week later and repaired the vehicle and it was tested and tested by them before i picked it up a week later. A couple of days after the car started the same problem again, i took it in they reset codes and the same problem started on monday, when i contacted them and asked for a qoutte on the second thermostat. Its now thursday and like 10 calls and waiting , no qoutte still, when i phone in everyone is busy or i get transfered all over. Bad, unprofesional service, no more company vehicles from isuzu willrather use key in natal

My brother drives a Chevy Utility. I called Chevrolet Randburg and the lady probably put me through to he parts department 100 time and each time it just rang and rang and rang with nobody answering. I would get put through different people and nobody answers. Then some guy takes my numbers and says he’s going to parts now and he’ll call me back right now. I am still waiting for the call. Chevrolet Fourways after calling for 2hours there was no answers!!! All I wan is brake pads! Useless if you ask me. It’s the most frustrating thing when you trying to get help and you get nothing.
