How can edgars do business with a company that rips off their customers. Company called blue label distribution. They activate airtime without agreeing then they charge you. It's just disgusting
I bought my chevrolet Captiva in 2017 and took out a service plan which clearly indicates that it's for 5 years or 90000km whichever comes first. I took my car for service last week Saturday at Williams Hunt Roodepoort only to find out my service plan has lapsed, since then I've been given the run around. Worst experience ever, cash build at princess crossing. No service and when I finally found a glove holder on the shelve I'm told it's not for sale as it was not supposed to be on the shelves. I tell them that's not my problem but I was told point blank they will not sell it to me
I have just been debited R700 from my account for what???? This company is just disastrous, sometimes alarm goes off and they will call after a while, sometimes they will say alarm went off and it didn't as I'll be at home. Been trying to cancel

i called beginning of January to request assistance with regards to my account as im currently unemployed and looking for a job. The lady I spoke to on 0116328836 said she cannot assist me as my account was up to date, she said I cannot make any arrangements if my account is up to date. she said I must call after the due date as my account would have been handed over to them(pre legal) only then can I be assisted with an arrangement.<br> when I called after my due date(after the 25th of January),I spoke to a different lady now gave me different information, she said not only do I owe for January but I also need to pay legal fees amounting to R3000 which the first lady did not mention. she told me the bank will not allow an arrangement because of the amount I owe, she said the bank will go through the process of repossessing the car.i told the lady I had previously dealt with Rosa from specialized collection and she gave me all amounts I needed to pay and there was no mention of other costs.i was then advised to speak to Rosa,i emailed Rosa on the 27th of January 2016 and she responded saying I owe for December 2015 and January 2016 which is also different information from the other 2
I'm yet to find someone from adt to sort out my query.I paid for 1 remote in December 2014.adt decided to deliver 2 remotes at an additional charge of R1848.I was met with he invoice when i arrived back from work after the technician installed it earlier on.I will now be debited with an amount of R1848 on the 27th of March.I have already paid for a remote which I was quoted by the Sales agent who came to my house in December 2014,his name is Conrad and his number is 0795057377.I will not pay twice for remotes.please collect the extra remote or you can collect everything and cancel my contract.I'm sick and tired,I call everyday but no one seems to know what to do,all they say is I need to speak to the person who came to my house(Condrad) who has also disappeared.I will take this up with a lawyer as I believe I have a case with all the documents proving that I paid for 1 remote and now I'm being ripped off.
My alarm is still not working,technicians come and nothing seems to work.I called and promised that they will log a call for me.can you please cancel my services.I will look into another security company.
