I recently bought a headboard and which I unfortunately sent back to Cielo. The headboard on the picture looked like it would be able to balance on its own and this wasn’t the case. I really liked the headboard and the quality as well. Their return process was also quick and they kept me up to date with everything. Will definitely buy there again if I see or find something on sale.
I don’t even know where to begin. I went to Checkers Mahwelereng and bought a 5kg White Star maize meal. Iv always been an advocate for White Star saying it’s the best. But on Tuesday I can home to pour the maize meal into the container I store it in and I found the most disgusting things!!! I found a long thick string - have no idea what it is but it looked like a spider web covered in the maize meal. And then to top it off I found 3 maggots!! All alive!! I had never been this disgusted ever. I logged a complain and emailed Pioneer Foods directly and since then I have not even received a response!!! You have lost a customer!!!
Every single day of my life I receive sms telling me I need to settle my Nedbank and I don’t know what other account. THESE ACCOUNTS ARE NOT MINE!!!!. I have contacted Brooks & Luyt on many occasions to tell them that there’s sms I am receiving ARE NOT FOR ME!!!!!!! I have asked for my number to be delete my number so that I can stop getting these sms but they gave me some stupid excuse!! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DELETE MY NUMBER OFF YOUR SYSTEM!! I am tired of these sms that are not meant for me!
Woolworths is very unreasonable and very unfair for not allowing an exchange on underwear. I bought 6 online which cost me R600 and when they arrived today I realized the actual size was way too big! Now you won’t allow me to exchange something you can clearly see hasn’t been worn or washed!!!!! They were delivered today! You guys are very unfair!! So you are telling me that I have now wasted money on something I’m never going to be able to wear!? The attitude of the team leader at Clearwater is disgusting too!!! She’s very Happy to help white people but not black people. We get treated like ****!
I ordered pizza and those cheese grilled sausages from Debonairs Mokopane last night. I ordered and paid online and the food was delivered by a friendly guy called Sello. I had been craving those cheese grillers for a while so I couldn’t wait to dig in. When I opened the cheese grillers the look of the sausages put me off. They looked pale and uncooked as if someone just put them on the microwave and that was that. It was Not anything like what you see when advertised and not what I usually get when I buy them. I tasted and it wasn’t nice at all. I figured maybe they need a little heat so I decided to cook them a bit. That didn’t help either. Those sausages were off!!! And smelt bad. Needless to say I spend my day today me and my husband running to and from the toilet with tummy issues! I will not buy those sausages ever again. I wish Mokopane had a pizza perfect.
This is the sms I received from Multichoice “Pay only R460pm for 2 months when you upgrade to DStv Compact Plus before 23 Jul! SMS "YES" to 31066 & we'll automatically upgrade you within 24 hours.” I think to myself oh wow that’s actually quite a nice deal. I will pay approximately what I am currently pay now for being in Compact. So I do the whole upgrade and afterwards I am told I need to pay R614. This useless call center agent couldn’t explain to me why. Then she says to me I need to pay the R460 plus the PVR function of R95!!! So I do the calculation and now the amount is no longer R460 but now R555!! So I ask the useless agent so the sms that I received was actually false advertising as there is nothing that they mention about the PVR function! Why we get charged for the PVR function is beyond me!!! I have decided I am moving to Netflix. I registered and account yesterday and deleting this useless DSTV that rips us off!
I’m getting sick and tired of Vodacom’s nonsense lately! I seriously am getting tired. My invoice this month has increased by R9.42. Yes it may seem like small change but that is besides the point. I signed a 24month contract in November 2018 based on the fact that the data I was buying was on special. Am I wrong in saying that when you sign a contract that is the amount it should be for the 24 months??? Now all of a sudden due to the price increase that took affect effective 1 April 2019 my contract price now has changed?? What BS is this??? If I knew that this amount would increase I would have never signed the contract!! I just checked my contract and there is nothing about an increase. The lady on the phone keeps telling me to refer to Vodacom’s website!! I am so so angry. I didn’t not sign up for this! Tired of being ripped of and made a fool of all the time. This is unacceptable
So I wrote a review on Hellp Peter last week on Vodacom and how they cheated me out of once off 50 gigs which was their Black Friday promotion... as I thought I got a response from Vodacom and has someone call me to discuss what happened. I explained to them everything and the lady that was helping me said that I would get my 50gigs on Friday 1st Feb and the data will be for 30 days.. when I woke up on the 1st Feb I checked my balance and indeed the 50gigs was loaded. When I checked again later in the day the 50gigs had disappeared. I called Vodacom later in the day to ask what happened and they say they cancelled it and the lady who was helping me will reactivate it and load in the next 24hours. It’s has been 48hrs and still nothing. Vodacom are cheats and liars! Then my other query to them was that there was this promotion for the rewards thing that said if I recharge with R150 or more airtime by the 27th Jan I will get R100. I logged this query nd the person helping me says can see that it wasn’t loaded. Today I am the one who must prove to them that this was indeed the reward! Vodacom can go jump!! If they can cheat Makate out of however many millions who am o crying for R100 and 50gigs! And Please Vodacom don’t call me once you get this complaint. I’m no longer interested.
Vodacom arensuch liars!!!!!!! During Black Friday last year they had a special “sign up or upgrade on any contract from 23 - 26 November 2018 and get 50GB free data once-off”. I upgraded my contract I think on the 25th November. The guy who assisted me at Westgate said that I would get my free data of 50GB in 7 days. 7 days passed I called at Westgate and they said I need to call the call Centre. Which I did. Was told a long story about how something is wrong and the data will be loaded. Was given a reference number which I have since deleted. Such marketing to get people to upgrade then you don’t live up to what was advertised!?
My brother drives a Chevy Utility. I called Chevrolet Randburg and the lady probably put me through to he parts department 100 time and each time it just rang and rang and rang with nobody answering. I would get put through different people and nobody answers. Then some guy takes my numbers and says he’s going to parts now and he’ll call me back right now. I am still waiting for the call. Chevrolet Fourways after calling for 2hours there was no answers!!! All I wan is brake pads! Useless if you ask me. It’s the most frustrating thing when you trying to get help and you get nothing.
