I visited Tyme bank at Pick n Pay Nonesi Mall, I inserted my card I'd the Tyme bank ATM and my card was swallowed by the ATM. The Tyme bank Ambassador Noxolo Mazwayi was rude and said the ATM is not working, there was no out of order sign on the ATM.
She told me to I will have to pay for the new card. I am not willing to pay for the new card because I was not fault. I am leaving Queenstown for Johannesburg without my card.
Please assist me in getting my card back.
