I resigned where I was working hoping that Alexander Forbes will give me a great service. I called them last week several times and they manage to answer the call on the 5th time and I had already spent over R40 airtime. I called them yesterday and I kept on holding the line till my airtime was finished. I borrowed that airtime from my service provider. Can they please answer when we are giving them calls. I have a problem with load shedding schedule in Johannesburg. Booysen side don't get load shedding it's over 3 weeks now. How is that supposed to happen when other areas are getting 2 to 3 load shedding between 2 to 4 hours in a day. Can the authorities please explain how is this possible?.
I visited Tyme bank at Pick n Pay Nonesi Mall, I inserted my card I'd the Tyme bank ATM and my card was swallowed by the ATM. The Tyme bank Ambassador Noxolo Mazwayi was rude and said the ATM is not working, there was no out of order sign on the ATM. She told me to I will have to pay for the new card. I am not willing to pay for the new card because I was not fault. I am leaving Queenstown for Johannesburg without my card. Please assist me in getting my card back. I have a service plan with Innovation group, I took my car for service on Tuesday due to their bad service my service has not been approved. The dealer has been calling them Infront of me and they have been sent from Piller to post. They fowarded the documents to a guy called Sello today and yet the service has not yet been approved. I was working night shift and I have not slept, I tried calling them from my cellphone and I was transferred from one person to another. I am not happy at all, because the money that pays for the service is the money that I have already given to them.
Last month I transferred money from my FNB account to Buffalo City Metro Municipality by mistake. I reported the matter to the bank. When ever I sent them emails they will not acknowledge or respond to my emails. The only time they will respond is when I write a review on Hellopeter. My account is on a negative balance, and it's increasing by over R100 everyday. I just close all the policies I was having with them. I will never do business with FNB in my entire life. I still maintain what I said. I regret doing business with them. I had to lose the money that I paid for my funeral and the lawyer's on call.

On the 25 of October I transferred R4 000 from my account the the municipality account by mistake. The municipality is refusing to pay the money back in my account. I owe them nothing. I saved their account number because I was paying a traffic fine. But they are not willing to repay me. My bank submitted all the necessary paperwork yet they still refuse to pay my money back.

I have been sending emails that they do not respond to. I regret moving to FNB their service in not on. I have been living on a -R4 000, and everything is very bad.
