Disappointed
My stomach is running as I am typing this, I was given rotten meat at your Rosebank branch. I could feel the taste was off but I ignored that and now my stomach is sore and running.Why don't you throw away expired or rotten food.Do you value profits that people's lives? I am so disappointed and won't be buying at your stores again

Chicking Cresta
When to chicking cresta, they sold me old chicken that was hard and cold. Called them and the lady offered to me me another order which arrived with a with title happy and I explained that this is my lunch for the day I have never been so hurt and disrespected

When to chicking cresta, they sold me old chicken that was hard and cold. Called them and the lady offered to me me another order which arrived with a with title happy and I explained that this is my lunch for the day I have never been so hurt and disrespected

Bad service
2 days in a row this staff don't note customer in and out of the restaurant, bad services staff as bad attitudes towards customers they don't talk to xtuomwrs if there is a crises in the kitchenn Such behavior destroys business by staff that is only there for a salary and not providing bad customers service They treating customers as if they come and ask for feeding scheme.. No morals.. The bosses of this business should rally do serious introspection before it's too late . We are buying customers .. I wouldn't recommend to buy there due to staff not treating customers the service they deserve.

Dry burnt chicken
We bought food tonight 03 October 2025 at Chicking Cresta at 20:41, we specifically asked if the chicken would be available and we were assured that it would take 16 minutes for our order to be ready as they close at 9pm. We told them we would wait it's not a problem. Upon receiving our food we did not check the quality of the chicken at all because we've bought from them before and it was good. Unfortunately this time we failed to check it until we got home. We have photos of the dry burnt chicken. It was so hard to chew it was like eating biltong, it was chewy and tasteless because the burn was unbearable. I will be taking it back to the store as I've kept it and I want my refund for my entire meal including my petrol I must drive out.

Terrible service, way below par.
The thohoyandou branch is the worst, the very worst. When I ordered they made a wrong order, I went to change only to still have the wrong order again. Another customer got the wrong order entirely. It was a mess, I've never had about 6 customers complain is less than 30 minutes.

FOWL PLAY! Let this be a warning to building contractors who are asked to do Chicking outlets. You will be left high and dry with no payment while the franchisee and franchisor play the blame game of who is liable to pay you for work done. These okes are masters at ducking and diving and passing the buck.

Chicking Cresta mall, staff bad attitude
I went to Chicking in Cresta mall on Monday the 7th of April 2025 around 12:00. I got very poor service infact the lady didn't want to help me at all, she looked annoyed I don't know if it's because I'm black. She spent 30 minutes helping some Indian ladies with a smile and even chatting with them. After waiting for 30 minutes you'd think I'd be the one who's annoyed. It was my first time going to the outlets and I was asking her for advice on which deal is better and how are the portions, She rolled her eyes at me and stared at me with annoyance in her eyes. I walked out of the shop without buying apon seeing her attitude. I don't recommend it to anyone rather stick with chicken licken or KFC. I will write bad reviews about it on every social media page
