Terrible service, way below par.
The thohoyandou branch is the worst, the very worst. When I ordered they made a wrong order, I went to change only to still have the wrong order again. Another customer got the wrong order entirely. It was a mess, I've never had about 6 customers complain is less than 30 minutes.0 replies

Terrible courier service.
The driver that's supposed to deliver my order just decides to update that I'm not home. How am I not home when he didn't even bother to contact me? Buying orders online on mr price has just become a headache that I feel people should just avoid.1 reply

Bad arrogant service
I wish to even give it a quarter of a star, the driver was aggressive and rude. Then told me he's turning back with the parcel because I'm not at home, whereas I told him I had to deliver something. The guy practically told me he'd deliver when I'm ar home, so since I go to work he's practically saying he won't deliver.3 replies

Lost order eith no trace
They've lost my order and give me excuses everyday, some consultant make me hold until they end my call. The money I've spent enquiring is now equivalent to the order and bo one can give me a straight answer. Now I don't blame people for buying international clothes, st least they receive yheir orders.1 reply
