Terrible service, way below par.
The thohoyandou branch is the worst, the very worst. When I ordered they made a wrong order, I went to change only to still have the wrong order again. Another customer got the wrong order entirely. It was a mess, I've never had about 6 customers complain is less than 30 minutes.

I'm very disappointed, they're becoming worse each time. After placing my order, the order number doesn't exist. They're telling me it's probably a failed order and will check it out. They're making me run the go around sending proof of payments whereas they're not even helping. Yoh buy feom this shop at your own risk

Terrible courier service.
The driver that's supposed to deliver my order just decides to update that I'm not home. How am I not home when he didn't even bother to contact me? Buying orders online on mr price has just become a headache that I feel people should just avoid.

Bad arrogant service
I wish to even give it a quarter of a star, the driver was aggressive and rude. Then told me he's turning back with the parcel because I'm not at home, whereas I told him I had to deliver something. The guy practically told me he'd deliver when I'm ar home, so since I go to work he's practically saying he won't deliver.

Lost order eith no trace
They've lost my order and give me excuses everyday, some consultant make me hold until they end my call. The money I've spent enquiring is now equivalent to the order and bo one can give me a straight answer. Now I don't blame people for buying international clothes, st least they receive yheir orders.

Horrible
They protect employees that swear at customers, from 2020 they've been sending me from pillar to post. Now they tell me they can't find the recording, when you get time please move from cartrack.

Terrible treatment
I had a fault with my unit back in 2020.When I called, the lady meant to help me said I was "complaining about ****" I then made a complaint to that tracking company of which they said they'll conduct an investigation and will update me of the outcomes. I have been following up since then but they never gave me a conclusion. It's only today that they respond about solving it internally, I have been mistreated by both cartrack and their employee.
