Nerissa is rude and aggressive
I had the most shocking experience at Chique Hair (part of Chique Skin) with Nerissa. When I voiced my frustration at being kept waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation or apology or even offer of a drink, I was told to leave. She continued to shout that she doesn’t need to be spoken to in this way - I barely was able to speak more than 10 words and they were not aggressive. I guess attack is the best form of defence and she clearly doesn’t care about her clients. I intended to use the skin care area but will never set foot in this place ever again.

I had a lovely hair experience @Chique today I always receive the best head massage at the cleansing area,where the massage chairs gives you a body massage making me feel super relaxed and not to talk about the hair treatments from schwarzkopf that smells absolutely devine. I love doing all my beauty treatments there aswell the classic pedicure is one of the treatments that is one for the books truly one to try out. Chique is truly a go to one stop shop they attend to every need and has the friendliest staff that makes you feel right at home #happy place

Awesome!!
Love how they always take care of you and make you feel special, always love coming here, you can basically do everything under one roof, nails, hair, make up, and treatments to make you feel relaxed. Love it!

WORST SALON EVER!
<p>My mom went to dye her hair to cover the grey hairs. The first time she went there the person who dyed her hair didn't cover the grey hairs on her side burns. So she called them and they said she could come back and they would cover up the visible grey hairs for free. This time when she went there for her free touch up they were very unprofessional!!! They washed my mom's hair with EXTREMELY HOT water and burned her scalp. This made my mom react quickly by sitting up to avoid the pain. While she did that, the dye went on her shoes, all over her face and she even swallowed some!!! The person washing her hair gave some pathetic excuse that there's a problem with the geyser! The water should have been checked before this certain individual attempted to wash her hair. Due to their negligence my mother now has a swollen scalp and is in quiet a bit of pain. This is definitely the WORST SALON I have ever seen.</p>
