I ordered R 700 worth of chocolates on the online shop and paid for delivery. They arrived totally melted - they were for gifts and I am not able to use them. Lodged complaints online and sent two emails but received no response. Very disappointing
I had the most shocking experience at Chique Hair (part of Chique Skin) with Nerissa. When I voiced my frustration at being kept waiting for 25 minutes with no explanation or apology or even offer of a drink, I was told to leave. She continued to shout that she doesn’t need to be spoken to in this way - I barely was able to speak more than 10 words and they were not aggressive. I guess attack is the best form of defence and she clearly doesn’t care about her clients. I intended to use the skin care area but will never set foot in this place ever again.
I have a number of lines on my account with MTN and one data line which I have not been able to use despite having data on the account, for almost two weeks! So, I have bought data which expires in a 30 day period and have not been able to use it.<br> <br> Numerous calls to the call centre don't help as they just read a message off the screen and say they will reset the line AGAIN. Requests to speak to a supervisor are met with an outright \No\" and promises that a supervisor will call back do not materialise."
I have used The Cleaning Ladies for around four months - they provided a lady to clean my home once a week at a rate of R350 per day. Despite a number of communication problems and incidents (including leaving my home unlocked on numerous occasions) I continued to use them through the holidays whilst I was away. Last week due to another misunderstanding of the clear email I sent which could have been sorted out with one phone call, I was left without a cleaner and no chance of having the same cleaner on my requested day in the future. Alta does not even bother to call to apologise or make any effort to sort the problem out so I cancelled the service and asked for a refund of my advance payment- no response at all!
Lisa, the owner of this shop is never in the shop and has no idea of the chaos her staff are causing. When I called her directly, she was plain rude instead of trying to help me or placate me in any way, she fobbed me off with an option which proves that she was not even listening to my problem. I am sick and tired of wasting my time with MTN and their unbelievable lack of service to a client who has been with them for 20 years.
I received an upgraded iPhone 6 a month ago. It worked perfectly until a week ago when firstly, my voicemail vanished and now I am unable to received LTE. I have spoken to about 15 different people, none of which are able to assist me with what should be an easily resolved problem. It took me 5 separate calls to sort the voicemail out and now I am at the end of my tether with the LTE
About 10 - 12 days ago DSTV did a system upgrade and since then I have not been able to get sound on my extra view TV. I sent several messages to the Facebook page and they just gave me standard \check this"or \""check that\"" - I have not done anything or changed anything AND I have a friend who has an identical problem! Every setting I am told to check is already correct so now they tell me to take my decoder to the a service centre. Which decoder (I have two) and how will checking the one decoder in a service centre help? They need to send a technician to fix the problem - if it was me alone"
I applied for a new line at Blue Chip Cellular in Benoni on 1/9/2015. I have been back several times as, although I paid for the sim card, the line is not operational. I was asked to prove my income last Friday, which I did - despite the fact that I have been with MTN for about 20 years and have 4 other lines! Still, the line is not operational - I have called every day this week and each time I get various different responses: It is all sorted, I will follow up and yet still it is not operational and I have not received one phone call with any kind of explanation. This morning the number goes unanswered.
