I submitted a luggage damage and loss claim through FlySafair, which was then passed on to Chubb Insurance South Africa Limited. It has now been over 5 weeks, and I have still not received any feedback, acknowledgement, or progress update on my claim.
I provided all required documentation, including the completed claim form, ID, photos of the damaged bag, proof of travel, and banking details. Despite following up multiple times, there has been no communication or resolution whatsoever.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. It’s disappointing to see such poor accountability from a major insurance company that is meant to assist customers during travel-related losses.
I sincerely hope this review prompts someone at Chubb to finally address my claim.
