Bad Service

Im very disappointed at the service i received today 2024-12-22my booking reference is PE328206 when i collected my popcorn, the lady that helped me was so rude and unprofessional, first of all i greeted her cause she didn’t greet and she asked me why do i need to have my popcorn cause we are too early as the movie was going to start to at 7:30 and i told her that i know & my child wants it and she still said it was to early frowning at me and giving me attitude, is this the service we are expected to get at CineCentre Suncoast? No guys you can do much better on customer service. This is ridiculous and not accepted to be treated like this. I than asked why is she frowning at me and she said sorry which is not acceptable, customer service is everything. Please deal with this urgently we cant be treated like this. I wanted to add more things but I ended up not adding anything as i was ****ed.
