I visited Checkers Hyper at Gateway Umhlanga yo buy small things, and did not like the service i received from the Cashier her name is Hannah Ross. Firstly she did not greet me and i decided to greet her to my surprise she did not greet back. Secondly the way she was chewing gum that’s not professional guys. You don’t chew gum like that in front of customers or while serving customers thats so unprofessional
Good day Im very disappointed at the service i received today 2024-12-22my booking reference is PE328206 when i collected my popcorn, the lady that helped me was so rude and unprofessional, first of all i greeted her cause she didn’t greet and she asked me why do i need to have my popcorn cause we are too early as the movie was going to start to at 7:30 and i told her that i know & my child wants it and she still said it was to early frowning at me and giving me attitude, is this the service we are expected to get at CineCentre Suncoast? No guys you can do much better on customer service. This is ridiculous and not accepted to be treated like this. I than asked why is she frowning at me and she said sorry which is not acceptable, customer service is everything. Please deal with this urgently we cant be treated like this. I wanted to add more things but I ended up not adding anything as i was ****ed.
Im so angry and disspointed with Clicks Smith street Durban, I normally collect my medication from and there is a separate cubicle for collection which I normally collect my medication and before i was told by one of the pharmacies not to join the normal queue as im only collecting i must just go to the collection cubicle but today when i went to collect again i was told I needed to follow the normal queue and i even said im collecting but no the pharmacist told me to join the normal queue without even explaining that may be there is no one on that cubicle or what and no apologies nothing. Why do you have a collection sign if its not in service, than take the sign out or put an apology notice and lastly please dont tell us one thing and when we come again it’s something else, cause you are making customer’s look like stupid, i have been to many Clicks before like Ballito junction, Durban North and there is order there but Smith street is something else the Pharmacy. Sort yours order there!!!!!!
Im so disappointed and disgusted at Spar St Georges with lots of things, i bought cooked samp and tripe, the samp did not have a taste at all and it was raw (hard) not soft as for tripe guys I don’t know what to say 😢 it was not washed properly it hand sand on it I couldn’t eat it i had to throw it away. If you go to the cooked food section the food on display is so dry there are flies all over. As for the staff and cashiers they don’t even great you if you great them they don’t even great back cause they busy talking their stories. The only time they talk is when they ask if need a packet , they don’t even ask if you have a Spar reward or not, really the service is disgusting. This Spar is chaos compare to other Spar I’m not sure if it’s because the target market is only blacks and thats why no one seems to care. I buy from different Spars but this is the worst ever . Please the high Management need to look into this urgently. This is not on at all.
Im so impressed with the boxmaster and the twister I bought at KFC Victoria street (Kzn, Durban) it was was so tasty. They put lot of sauce and it was not dry at all i really enjoyed it. The service was phenomenal, keep it up. 🙏🙏

The service at KFC Ballito Junction is shocking, please kindly do something about it, I ordered my order on 10/06/22 at 12:26 but only received my order at 12:50 and this is the second time its happening and they don’t apologise for taking long, we also work with time, can someone look into this please
Im really fed up with ABSA now, i requested a settlement amount on my absa loan account on the 23/09/2021 which i received and did a payment on the same day on internet banking and the consultant which was assisting did ask how i was going to do the payment which i advised her that i was going to do it on internet banking, and today 2021/10/07 i contacted ABSA loan department for a paid up letter and im told that the loan account is not closed cause the funds did not reflect on the same day, the lady i spoke too said she wont be able to assist me cause she is not the same person that assisted me for the settlement amount and i must wait for that person to contact me as she was busy on another call, than i requested to speak to someone in charge which i waited for 20 minutes and to be told that she is also busy on another line which i ended up cutting the call. this is really not on at all, what customer service is this? i have never seen such service. last week i had an issue with my credit card which was sorted after i complained and now this.
Good day Im really disappointed with ABSA card services, i called in Saturday just to close my Virgin Money card after settling it, i was told that my payment was not reflecting as i paid on Wednesday 2021/09/23 i was informed that someone will be in contact with me on Monday but no one contacted me, than i decided to call on Monday i was assisted by a rude lady who said the same thing that someone will be contacting me within 24 hours and its past Three days and no one has contacted me. Is this customer service really, this is pathetic, and who is going pay the interest that is accumulating? Can someone attend to this query
Im extremely upset with the call I received this morning from Home Choice Cape town on this number +27 (10) 493-4763, the consultant that called me was so rude and unprofessional, first of all she calls me and does not even ask if this is the convenient time she can speak to me so i asked her where she was calling from and she said home choice Cape Town and i said to her im not interested in what ever you want sell or say cause im busy, she says who said i wanted to offer you something, i told her she was wasting my time and she replied back an said i was wasting her time as well. “You phoning me and telling me im waisting your time when i telling you im not interested in what ever you want from me, is this how there are taught from Home Choice to speak to us? I felt disrespected by her and i have never experienced this kind of service anywhere, im really disappointed at Home Choice really
