Worse experience ever, I ordered in May 2024 and I was promised over and over again that they will deliver. More than a year and a half later, they have stopped communicating. No deliveries or refund

My TV cinema box
Worst service provider ever. They are ****mers. I purchased the TV box on 26 November 2024. It is now March 2025. Still no delivery. No where to follow them up except a WhatsApp number and no one responding to messages via WhatsApp. No email address for them available. I want a refund but can't get it back. They are ****mers. Don't ever buy their box

😭😭😭😭 ever since I ordered in November 2024 till today I have not received My order.. they even stopped Revlon watsapp in January they gave me hope that they will deliver and still nothing the worse part is that they don't even have an email or phone number were you can call or ask fir refund

unfair treatment
I purchased a tv box from My Cinemabox(https://cinemaboxshop.co.za) via online purchase. I was referred by a friend who has made purchases before and received delivery. I conducted purchase on 31 October 2024 and every week besides getting ignored or ghosted i get no response. When they do respond I get given apologies my order will be delivered the following week. I was even told my order is stuck at customs. I need assistance in anyway possible please or refund my purchase.

CINEMABOX horrible experience
I bought the box for R1500 for thinking it would a better version than the cheaper products. It worked for about two weeks. I’ve send it back for repairs but it came back worse. After several chats on WhatsApp they just started ignoring me and lying. Now it’s under new management and the same horrible client service. Don’t buy the box.
