Horrible experience
I've ordered and paid for the box last November till today I haven't received anything, they just ignore my messages

Unsatisfied and angry customer
ref:117558199 I'm writing this on behalf of my mother since last year in October her explora was malfunctioning. She than took it to the multichoice agency where they indeed confirmed that it was damaged, and advised her to call the insurance cause they can see that she insured it. I called the around October 2024 and acknowledged receiving the email but nothing has happened, so in January I called again they also acknowledged that the claim was made three months ago. But to date my mother hasn't been assisted even though every month she's paying for the insurance that can't assist her, tried writing an email again last week they responded by they'll get back to me within 24-48 hours, now it more than 5 days still nothing. My mom is a pensioner so I opted to writing to hellopeter cause the insurance is reaping my mom her money, cause even now they don't communicate nor has she received a new explora yet she's still paying

Why send link if at the end of the day you can't help customers,
In July I made payment via the link sleepmasters sent to me, when I went to the shop to find out if they received the money they said no. I had to make another payment in the store and kindly asked them to return the other funds. Till now I haven't received it and they say they can't help but it's their link, I tried to call their customer service they told me that they could see the funds reflecting but the store said they can't see it. Customer service said they can't reverse the money on their side but the store would help but to date nothing. How many customers experienced what I've experienced, if they can't pay back our that means sleepmasters have unallocated money.
