I BOX CINEMABOX PLUS IN NOVEMBER 2024 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT AS YET. THEY ALWAYS SAY NEXT WEEK OR IGNORE ME. THIS IS REALLY NOT ON, THESE PEOPLE ARE ****MERS
I took the bus on the email attached below. We received an sms that Intercape or Big Sky Bus will come. Big sky bus arrived in Uitenhage at 22h50pm which is 40mins late. On our arrival in Cape Town, I went to the trailer to collect my suitcase and it was at bottom right. Driver tried to pull it but it was not moving and there were other bags on top of it. He told me to wait until all the bags that were on top of mine were collected. By the time all the other bags were collected, we discovered that the reason why my suitcase was not moving was because of a trailer hook that went inside my suitcase. He fiddled with my suitcase trying to free it from the hook, and when he finally did there was a hole in my suitcase. I asked him what I must do when my suitcase is this ruined and he told me that it was not his fault but the company's as they are the one who supp**** a trailer with hooks. I have taken a picture of my suitcase, the hook, the trailer and bus and attached them to an email to Intercape complaining about my damaged luggage bag and they just called me now saying that I was suppose to have insurance on the suitcase as they are not taking any responsibility for what happened to my suitcase. I never received any apology from the drivers, non from Lezanne who just called me, she just said that I was suppose to make sure that my suitcase is insured so that I can claim damage from it. who insures a luggage bag? The driver placed my bag into the hook and when he was trying to remove it he was not even gentle, he was fighting and fiddling with it which caused even more damage to my luggage bag.
I forgot my bag on the seat in a bus from Cape Town and I got off at Greenacres at 06h00am.i contacted intercape as soon as I realised that I left my bag and asked them for the driver's number. They said that it's against their policy to give out info, so I begged them to contact the driver and ask him to fetch the bag and keep it because it has valuable things and they said that is also against company policy. They can't contact the driver, I must wait until the bus get to the depot then hear if something was handed in at 22h30pm.i pleaded with them to contact the driver as my bag is small and easy to steal and 22h30pm will be too late. But they refused. I kept calling them and was informed the following day that no bag was handed in. I knew that this will be the case and I feel that they haven't tried anything to help me recover my bag and I have lost all my valuables.
We took Citiliner Bus from Cape Town to Port Elizabeth on the 02 July 2015. It was supposed to depart in Cape Town on the 2nd at 4pm and arrive in PE on the 3 July 2015 at 4:10am. It is 7:28am on the 3rd July and we are still stuck in Knysna, this bus got stuck 3 times and they kept on saying its a fan belt. We got stuck for the 3rd time at 4am and were told that a Bus from Port Elizabeth is on its way<br> We are still waiting here, hungry, panicking, some people are getting sick and anxiety too. This is really not acceptable as Citiliner is with Greyhound and always regarded as best
