Food is good, accuracy and professionalism is not

The food is actually pretty good. The competence required to fullfill an order accurately, or correct it in a timely fashion however is lacking, along with decent communications regarding delivery timelines.

If it doesn't matter when it arrives, and you don't mind some suprises, go for it. Otherwise shop elsewhere
