I see only bad reviews about Jaguar Cape town ? well- you sure dealt with the wrong guys there. Go to Mr. Danny Govender, who runs the show , or Garth from Service department, that will change your view for sure -- and by the way, Jaguar is a Great car , dont charge thoe book by its cover

I took my F pace on to have minor repairs done of which one was a software update. No one updated me during the day on e progress of my vehicle and when I called I was advised everything had been completed. Upon collecting my vehicle I was advised that the software update was not done which was one of the major reasons why I booked my car in. I was the assured by Garth that I would be contacted on Friday 24Jan to be told when the software update can be done. It is now almost a week later 30 Jan and still no word from Gary or Jag even after two service follow up phone calls to rate my service. My question to Jag/ is why bother following up on my service experience when you do nothing with the feedback ? Should I be happy with this level of service considering I am driving a car that costs almost R1 million ?? I have supported your brand now for 4 years but I think it’s time to move on as this is not the first time I have had substandard service from a Jag or Landrover dealership. I wonder if anyone would care enough to come back to me. I won’t hold my breath.

I bought an ePace Dynamic, HSE (with key-less start and door lock) from CMH in October 2018. I discovered 6 months later that the car was actually registered in April 2018 so my warranty and terms of service were affected. CMH undertook to extend the warranty on their own account - is that good enough? BUT the problem with the car, from early on, is that the key-less feature doesn't work (most of the time). Four returns to CMH and still pathetic. Anyone else have the same problem?

I have nevwr dealt with such negligience from a high end brand such as Jaguar. They don't even carry break lights so that they can be replaced with a service. You have to take your car back when they get it in stock. The bluetooth on the XE was compatible with my Samsung Note 9, now it isn't, it drops calls, I can't do buisness from my car, which iscosting me money and i am being told i need to be patient whist Jaguar UK work on resolvong the problem. Its now been 2 months. Stay away from this brand, the car is stunning but they cant fix a simple thing like bluetooth, Come on Jaguar, are you teally this useless. STAY AWAY FROM JAGUAR, NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION

Don't ever buy a jaguar In December 2017 we purchased a jaguar xf 3.0v6 for jaguar Landrover menlyn to the tune of +R400000. 00 They were very helpful and got us sorted quickly. So last year November 2018 we got retrenched and started with a new company but on a lower income. We have tried endless to trade the car in even with jaguar to only be told we owe R320000 on the car which is fine but it is only worth R160000 and we cannot trade in with such a shortfall. It is insane to think that such a high end car has no trade value. We have kept the vechicle in mint condition and there has been no scratches dents or anything on the car even put a new set of tires on to the tune of R30000 and now it is worth nothing Simply horrible
