Worst After Sales Service Ever experienced after owning Nissan and Renault vehicles for over 21 years. Bought a Used Kiger in 2023 and discovered it was accident damaged 1 year later. Today it gave me some funny noises when on my way to work and drove in to have it checked and the technician told me there is a belt damage and pulley that is not aligned. I asked if it is safe to drive to Braamfontein and back safely and the the response was, "its up to you.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with CMH Renault Midrand while purchasing my car! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally, efficiently, and with such a personal touch — all in just a matter of a few days! A huge thank you to Craig, the incredible salesman who guided me through the process. His communication was clear, prompt, and always helpful. Craig truly went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was comfortable and informed at every step. I also want to give a massive shoutout to Tathu and Jaco, who were an essential part of this experience. Their attention to detail, support, and commitment to making everything effortless did not go unnoticed. This team worked together seamlessly and made what could’ve been a complicated process feel completely stress-free. If you're looking for exceptional service, genuine care, and a team that delivers fast, efficient results with a smile, I can't recommend Craig, Tathu, Jaco, and the entire CMH Renault Midrand team highly enough. They’ve absolutely earned my trust and gratitude!

I encountered an engine fault with my Renault Triber, necessitating the towing of my vehicle to CMH Renault in Midrand. The engine fault is an issue I experience sporadically, rendering the car undriveable. Additionally, I suspect it may be a factory defect, as many Renault Triber owners have reported similar problems. This issue is widely discussed on YouTube and various customer review platforms. Therefore, I anticipated that it would likely be covered under warranty. To my astonishment, I was informed that the problem stemmed from the clutch transmission and that my battery was dead. What is particularly surprising is that I consistently monitor my battery's status using my Tracker App, which indicated a voltage of 12v. After purchasing a new battery, I was prepared to retrieve my vehicle. However, I later received a call informing me that the clutch would also require replacement at a cost of R18000. I was utterly shocked. During a phone conversation with Dion, I found him to be exceedingly rude and lacking in concern. I am perplexed as to how such an individual is employed there. I am firmly convinced that the exorbitant quotes provided to me were not the underlying cause of the engine fault.

Avoid this dealership at all costs. It is either Dion will disrespect or you will never get a call about your car's progress. They will simply keep quiet and keep you in the dark. Rather take your car elsewhere.

I would rate them zero. I am a consumer that bought a brand new car at Renault CMH, in 2023 and 2 years 2 months later I find myself having an issue with Renault CMH Midrand Dealership and Renault SA whereby at this point I am paying for a car that I am not using and when using it still has the same problem of not recognizing the key which is persistent and due to this issue I have lost trust in the Renault CMH Midrand, the car and car brand. I have tried being patient with the dealership since March to date which at this point I am tired and feel that exposure of my problem to the media is the only way I might be able to be assisted. Also communication with Renault SA does not seem to be assisting as I am still awaiting feedback and both parties are playing cat and mouse with me telling me about waiting on each others commitment towards my car's which I am tired actually at this point and my patience has ran thin. As I am busy using Uber to move around while no one wants to take responsibility as to who should take full responsibility of the car. Right now Renualt CMH Midrand acts as though I bought the car with Renault SA and they seem to forget I have a contract with them not Renault SA. At this point Renault CMH Midrand wants to go with the narrative of me trading in the car immediately which will be my third car with them without finding any pleasure in using their cars, also it comes across as though they want to fix their problem through me as in my view it looks as though the car has a factory fault and I am being sent from pillar to post because I am a female and single and they are taking advantage of that. I am stressed and depressed at this point and have ran out energy.
