Worst After Sales Service Ever experienced after owning Nissan and Renault vehicles for over 21 years. Bought a Used Kiger in 2023 and discovered it was accident damaged 1 year later. Today it gave me some funny noises when on my way to work and drove in to have it checked and the technician told me there is a belt damage and pulley that is not aligned. I asked if it is safe to drive to Braamfontein and back safely and the the response was, "its up to you.
Not professional. They are biased and have failed to honour their promise to calculate interest charged for my levy statement after acknowledging that it was wrong. They even ignored an interim court order and charged me legal fees for being vocal
They have by-passed my original meter, their connections are very untidy and I have had an incident where they disconnected me when I.had over R800 credit in my account. Their agent has deposed an affidavit to police alleging they paid a R300k bribe to get appointed as a service provider
CSOS arbitrators are captured. Their process requires them to evaluate the application before they tell you to pay for your matter to be attended. To my shock they agreed with me but dismissed my matter over a signature
