Pathetic service and extremely poor quality work
Please do not use this service. Colfias cannot be trusted and his work is of the poorest quality. Absolutely no pride is taken in his work. I am now in the process of hiring a new carpenter to redo my entire kitchen because of he messed it up. He wastes your time and make promises and cannot deliver. He sunk my money and did not deliver. It is now week 3 and everyday he promise to come through but fails to do so. Do not do business with this guy.

Please do not use this service. Colfias cannot be trusted and his work is of the poorest quality. Absolutely no pride is taken in his work. I am now in the process of hiring a new carpenter to redo my entire kitchen because of he messed it up. He wastes your time and make promises and cannot deliver. He sunk my money and did not deliver. It is now week 3 and everyday he promise to come through but fails to do so. Do not do business with this guy.

Very unreliable
Very unreliable, He has to be the most unreliable person you can ever have to do your work. Once he has our money he will dodge and make excuses for weeks on end without getting any work done. He will appear for one day, do a bit and not return again for weeks. For your peace of mind stay away

Very unreliable

Unreliable, Poor workmanship
I have been working with Colifias for many years. He has a history of working for a while and disappearing for a day or 2 in between. His work was good and his prices are resonable. But once he has your money in his hands, you can forget about your work being done in time. He will ask you for more money so that he secures the work. I have paid him R6800 for material. 11 days later he did not pitch to do the work. He has my money and I cannot get another contractor. For weeks now he pitches up for 1 day and disappears for 1 week. He will not steal your money but he is VERY unreliable. My house is currently unfinished with so many projects that he started and just left them half done. He refuses to take my calls or return my money. BE CAREFUL! If you work with him, only pay him after the job is done. On the days that he pitched, he left workers on site and disappeared. Came back at 5 to fetch them. He didn't check their work. I have archways that are no straight. Terrible workmanship.
