Seems like a fake online store. No replies on email and no deliveries on items paid for. Stay away

Very unreliable, He has to be the most unreliable person you can ever have to do your work. Once he has our money he will dodge and make excuses for weeks on end without getting any work done. He will appear for one day, do a bit and not return again for weeks. For your peace of mind stay away
I have used their service on numerous occasions and was always happy with how everything was handled. Usually, excellent service from Eezi move but not this time, a number of my items were damaged during the move. When reported i received a flimsy "moving is risky business and nothing can be done for me, claim from your insurance" No accountability which is ruining such a great experience i have had with them in the past.
I moved from my service provider to Axxess and was told the process would be smooth but that has not happened. I have been sent from pillar to post and told my services will be available in 2-3 hours for the past two days and the issue has not been resolved. I have called them no less than 15 times with each consultant having a different story to tell in why the internet service has not been activated. This really horrible service. I will indeed be cancelling my services and move back to my old service provider. Today all their phone lines were not available the whole day and when I finally managed to get hold of someone at 5pm they told me my services will actives in a few hours and suprise suprise the services are not active hours later.
A fraudulent account was opened in my name and items purchased from home choice using that account. I logged a dispute with them on the 21st of May 2019 and I was told that the process would take 2 months to investigate and resolve the issue. On the 2nd of July, I emailed them and i did not receive areply from them. I called them and i was told that the investigation was complete (It was a fraudulent account and purchase) and I would receive an email from them to notify me that this cost and account has been removed from my name and from the credit bureau within two weeks. I have been calling them twice a week since then and every week I am told to wait a few days and the issue will be resolved and I will get a message to say that the task has been completed. This is the issue till today and this has not been removed from the credit profile even though it has been found that this was fraudulent activity. They have not been able to explain to me how this happened or how they will make sure this will not happen again. Their service and feedback process is truly horrible.
I was called by a dealer that i took my car to and was told that my claim had been rejected. When i called Motorite to get clarification on this issue i spoke to the rudest person i have ever spoken to , a claims agent named Clive . He basically told me that he informed the dealer and what must be done , that my car need to go to another dealership to get serviced and that i should stop complaining .When i tried to find out why he would tell a client that they are complaining when they are asking for clarification he put me on mute and then unmuted after about 20 seconds and asked again if i was done complaining . I asked for is manager and he told me that he would not do that because his manager was busy , when i asked why he he was being so rude in the way he was dealing with me , he then put me on mute again did not say a thing until i finally hung up out for frustration . This has to be the wost service i have ever received in my life .
We called Brands tree felling for work that needed to be done at our complex . They sent their man Jabulani onsite and he quoted us for the work to be done and emailed us the quote . We agreed on the work to be done and the proceeded to do the work which took 5 days ( From Monday to friday), when we arrived at premises on friday evening were shocked to find that the materials(Cut tree branches and trees cuttings) were all over the place , covering carports and the general area in the complex. It seemed they had left in a hurry , we waited all weekend and no one showed up to finish the work or take away the material.<br> <br> After checking out the premises we noticed that the whole front portion of our complex had not been touched at all , the next monday came and no one showed up on site to finish the work. This is when i called their office several times to get this resolved and they sent a truck to pick up the material.<br> <br> Since that day i have been trying to get them to come back to finish the work but i have been told that there was a miscommunication with the their man on the quote on the work to be done this is after more than 10 calls and several emails .<br> <br>
I recently contacted Groupon for a refund on a cancellation and i was assisted by Farzana Congo , she was amazing the level of service was nothing short of brilliant .<br> <br> Gives me confidence in services from a company when someone like this works for them .<br> <br> I have to say again amazing service and swift feedback.
We got JBC ROOF COVER to come to our complex to do work on our roof , were quoted for the work to be done , told that the work will take three days and we paid a deposit . <br> <br> We received an email that the work had been completed and we paid the balance not knowing that the work had not been completed.<br> <br> We have been calling and emailing the company for weeks now with them giving us the same response of \Sorry for the inconvenience sir
