I made a purchase and realized that I had sent the delivery to the wrong address. Within 4mins, I had to find the place to cancel the order on this awful unhelpful app. And cancelled my order. My order was placed at 11.46 and the cancelation was done at 11:50. They charged me for the order because they say that the restaurant (KFC) already started making my food. Since when does KFC start making your food within less than 4mins? How is this even possible. This is so wrong. Extremely upsetting and terrible customer experience. @UBER_Support, I want my money back. Order number #5C8F8
I have been working with Colifias for many years. He has a history of working for a while and disappearing for a day or 2 in between. His work was good and his prices are resonable. But once he has your money in his hands, you can forget about your work being done in time. He will ask you for more money so that he secures the work. I have paid him R6800 for material. 11 days later he did not pitch to do the work. He has my money and I cannot get another contractor. For weeks now he pitches up for 1 day and disappears for 1 week. He will not steal your money but he is VERY unreliable. My house is currently unfinished with so many projects that he started and just left them half done. He refuses to take my calls or return my money. BE CAREFUL! If you work with him, only pay him after the job is done. On the days that he pitched, he left workers on site and disappeared. Came back at 5 to fetch them. He didn't check their work. I have archways that are no straight. Terrible workmanship.
I've requested a Tablet contract to be cancelled in October 2017. I went into the branch, I followed it with a call to the call centre and sent the cancellation forms via an email to ********** Since the 21 working days lapped, they only closed a portion of the contract. I have sent numerous emails to cancellations every month. And made too many calls to the call centre but this issue still persists. The invoice comes through every month and the unauthorised DR order goes through my account. I stopped the DR order at my bank as I told Telkom I would. Now Telkom is charging me penalties on the amounts outstanding. Please fix this! I will not be contacting Telkom ever again. I will not pay any amounts on the invoice. We will meet in court!
I ordered and paid in full for a 3 seater couch from Toy Production in August 2014. They delivered a 2 seater in December 2014 which was terribly done. Seems where opening. I immediately asked them to fetch the couch as it was not what I had ordered. They promised me that I would have my correct couch by then end of December. Ever since, they have been stringing me along with numerous excuses. Load Shedding , they ran out of fabric which takes months to import. They have been telling me that my couch is in production and almost ready from 22 April 2015.<br> Yesterday when my husband threatened to call our lawyers, We get a call from Paul's wife ( the owner of the company) to say that we did not order a 3 seater and rather a 2 seater because that is the price we paid. If we want a 3 seater, we need to add more money! They are trying to tell me that I paid R9800 for a 2 seater fabric couch! They have my money for 10 months and they refuse to refund it, nor do they want to give me the couch that I had paid for.<br> Please DO NOT buy from this company. be very careful. They will promise you dates, you will not get your stuff for months. They will take your money!!!!Do not trust them!
