If you want to be **********, they are your guys!
Coolline Repairs was quick to respond to my online query, arrived the same day and 'fixed' my appliances. But when the washing machine stopped working the next day, Frank was dismissive and slow to reply to messages. Now he's ignoring calls and messages. Don't be fooled by their initial service, they'll ***** from you while looking you in the eye. https://www.coollineairconditioning.co.za/

Coolline repairs - Unprofessional
Stay clear from this company. https://www.coollinerepairs.co.za/ I submitted an enquiry on their website. Frank called me shortly after on the 078 number and said he can do the fridge repairs on the same day. He came over, told me what needs fixing. Once he was done I made payment via FNB Geopayment and mentioned he will email me the invoice and damage report for me to claim with insurance. 2 weeks later and still no invoice or damage report. He ignores all calls and whatsapp messages. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Unprofessional and over priced
I am a doctor with very little time to spare amongst this covid pandemic...I arranged for my aircon to be serviced with coolline repairs...the team firstly arrived 2 hours late, with no apology or reason Secondly, the team stunk of alcohol, and seemed more than under the weather Lastly this is the 1st time in 7 years of getting my aircon serviced that it cost 3 x as much...the job was rushed and in my opinion not adequately done..the filters were not washed in the special anti bacterial solutions as I have seen done in past with other companies. Instead they just rinsed it under a tap for few seconds. Regas took less than a minute ..strange as it never has taken so fast in past Never will use or recommend this company

Coolline repairs SCAM
Scammers! They are on Gumtree beautiful website but don't be fooled. We contacted them to repair our oven after it came back we found out the back fan was not working but, was working perfectly fine before. We then called them numerous times they kept declining our calls we tried from a different number they answered and said they will call back ever since they are not getting back to us R1750 stolen by these people Website: www.coollinerepairs.co.za
