Coolline Repairs was quick to respond to my online query, arrived the same day and 'fixed' my appliances. But when the washing machine stopped working the next day, Frank was dismissive and slow to reply to messages. Now he's ignoring calls and messages. I contacted Discovery for road side assistance and spoke to Sbu Kolondiya. Sbu was professional, empathetic and efficient. He followed up appropriately and my problem was taken care of within minutes. #DiscoveryDidGood

Insure 24 Alarm Response/ Roadside Assist
