DO NOT USE THIS SHOP I purchased a bed in November 2025. At the time I asked the sales consultant Callum when the bed would be available, as I had family arriving from overseas..I was promised delivery within a week, however after a week I had heard nothing and decided to call. I was then told that manufacturing was delayed and I could expect delivery a week later. I was unhappy with this and complained to management , who gave me a temporary bed to use..Although I appreciated the gesture, it was a cheap entry level bed, that was uncomfortable.. The team that delivered the item smelt of alcohol, reflecting the level of service...After the time lapse, I found myself having to call yet again and yet again told bed still not ready..Finally, almost a month later bed available...as I am a doctor and have limit time, I asked to please confirm time for delivery. I was told it would be before 12...i left the hospital to be available, so that i could receive the bed. However, it is now 2pm/14:00 and nobody can tell me when the delivery will arrive. Please never use this unprofessional, *********** store...I hope that other bed centre stores do not have the same disgraceful standards
I have never had a smooth nor satisfying service from mercedes benz Sandton My vehicle is in for service today I asked for my ad blue to be topped up and they wanted to charge me a fee of R400 for labor. This is ridiculous. Everytime i have purchased ad blue over the years they assist with no charge for a 5min procedure. Ruben was the gentlemen I dealt with, who didn't seem slightly bothered about my concern. I highly recommend staying away from mercedes benz Sandton...never a pleasant experience

I am a doctor with very little time to spare amongst this covid pandemic...I arranged for my aircon to be serviced with coolline repairs...the team firstly arrived 2 hours late, with no apology or reason Secondly, the team stunk of alcohol, and seemed more than under the weather Lastly this is the 1st time in 7 years of getting my aircon serviced that it cost 3 x as much...the job was rushed and in my opinion not adequately done..the filters were not washed in the special anti bacterial solutions as I have seen done in past with other companies. Instead they just rinsed it under a tap for few seconds. Regas took less than a minute ..strange as it never has taken so fast in past Never will use or recommend this company
Never apply for a loan with them. As a doctor in frontline and very busy, the have wasted almost 3 weeks of my time completing loan with them. Hours spent on phone. Supervisors never call back
Do not deal with Lucy at Sandton city vodashop Never responds to emails, poor client service, never completes work
