CoolXpress is a ****!!!
CoolXpress air conditioning does not even deserve the one star they are getting here. I am convinced this is a ****. I ordered and paid for my aircon more than a month ago and if i llok at the order status it says its on hold?! im issuing summons....

Update - Coolpress Rip Off Artists
I have posted about this company before and how bad they are. Recently they sent me numerous mails about how my aircon unit is up for a service and I must contact them to schedule a time, this is after I had to get another company in to repair their bad workmanship. Their are no words strong enough to describe how bad Coolpress are, they should not be in business because they are basically ripping the public off. DO NOT use them and do not believe the 5 star ratings they receive here, I do not believe it is possible.

Poor service.
No where in their correspondence was it mentioned that the aircon service fee excludes VAT. The company seriously needs to work on communication and professionalism. My appointment to have my aircon serviced was rescheduled 3 times, I understand that unforseen circumstances do happen but not this level of unprofessionalism. Even when they were promised to arrive they came late when they eventually came. The first invoice was also incorrect due to bad communication between your office and field workers. I doubt I will be using your services again.

Shocking service - DO NOT USE
Take note of the terrible reviews on here and google (i wish i had googled them) and do not give this company business. They do not keep to appointments, mess you around, and most importantly do not fully service your unit. I had technicians come that got there 15 mins before me and claimed to already have done a 'full service' by the time i got there, even though i had told them i was having issues with it. Needless to say, they tried to charge me extra with a leaking pipe....which was never an issue, and the issue i did have, which was a blockage, has come to light 5 months later. A guy was sent to remedy the job and after 5 hours of waiting, he came alone and with a step ladder so he still could not reach my compressor to check it. I still have not had the full service i paid for. My attempts to reach the management via email, and also by requesting a phone call have failed, and even the receptionist put the phone down on me today. Just don't use, otherwise you will pay down the line for proper professionals.

bad service
If only service rendered by the company could be as meticulous as you are by looking for your payment. I have received nothing but horrendous service On Friday the was the beginning of my journey with your company. Firstly the technician arrived one and half hours later than agreed. They did not complete the job. Told me they were going back to the office to collect something and did not return at all. when trying to call the office number or cell phone number had no response and of course no response to my whatsapp either On Monday I eventually received a message that someone else will come and fix up the mess This then resulted in the new technicians telling me that the first technician did not do what they were supposed to do, and they had to redo the job Once they had left I happily paid in full and have email confirmation thereof In the interim 1 of the units started to leak. This was also dealt with On Wednesday it started to leak again and another unit started leaking as well Nevertheless the company has no decency to check there your records before sending out **** emails for payment instead I received an email titled 3 days overdue This is the first and last time that I will be using this company

Do Not Recommend.
I would not recommend this company unless you have plenty of time on your hands. Firstly their time keeping is terrible, not arriving when agreed with no call to let you know and changing of dates. Then they kept on wanting to schedule installation for 17:00 in the evening. Secondly the installation quality is shocking and I mean shockingly bad. It might be better if you have time to watch them continuously so they do not take all the short cuts they do. Even with the bad installation it took them over 4 hours so if they had started at 17:00 they would of been working well after 20:00 at night and I can't even imagine what the quality of the installation would of been then, If you want the best price then use them but be prepared for shocking work and bad time keeping.
