Shocking service - DO NOT USE
Take note of the terrible reviews on here and google (i wish i had googled them) and do not give this company business. They do not keep to appointments, mess you around, and most importantly do not fully service your unit. I had technicians come that got there 15 mins before me and claimed to already have done a 'full service' by the time i got there, even though i had told them i was having issues with it. Needless to say, they tried to charge me extra with a leaking pipe....which was never an issue, and the issue i did have, which was a blockage, has come to light 5 months later. A guy was sent to remedy the job and after 5 hours of waiting, he came alone and with a step ladder so he still could not reach my compressor to check it. I still have not had the full service i paid for. My attempts to reach the management via email, and also by requesting a phone call have failed, and even the receptionist put the phone down on me today. Just don't use, otherwise you will pay down the line for proper professionals.

Dreadful, do not use!
If i could give 0 star i would. This is a dreadful company with slow internet speeds and a rubbish service desk that have no clue and just want to close tickets. You will never get to speak to a manager or senior person. I pay for 100mb line and only get between 20 - 50mb. Absolute rubbish, do not use.

FALSE ADVERTISERS - NEVER HAVE THE STOCK
Absolutely dreadful company!! They have been advertising an item i wanted (backpack) for over a year and when i ask about stock, they say it is coming....fast forward to now and i finally challenged them that it is misleading advertising stock if there is no chance of it arriving soon. I was fobbed off with the response that it is coming, they are just waiting on ETA from suppliers. When i pressed that i would need the bag by April in 4 months time, i got the reply that it may come in October, but they can't be sure. That is almost another year and they don'even know if stock will come. They are falsely advertising and wasting customer's time. I notice you can't leave a google review. No wonder.
