Pathetic service

Cornerstone Medical Aid brokers I have complained to the "boss" Tanya several times about Nelly an employee who just doesn't do her job. They are my broker but I have to check up on her and do her job for her. I am now being threatened with legal action by a Hospital because Nelly at Cornerstone doesn't do her job. You leave messages and they don't call back her staff has an attitude and Nelly point blank **** to Tanya and when I proved vial emails how she **** Tanya did nothing about it. I would definitely not recommend them for anything!
