I contacted Makro call centre to enquire about a product the gentlemen checked and the stock count and told me it is better to contact the store directly to just make sure it is not sold out. I tried 4 x to contact the store but the phone rings until it eventually cuts off. I called the contact center back and told them that Makro Strubensvalley just don't answer the phone I was told that there is noting they can do but direct tranfer me with which I got same result no answer I told the agent to get a supervisor involved upon which I was told to send an email complaint. How is this aloud that stores leave a phone unattended and when a customer complain who needs an answer now and not wanting to wait until an email is answerred? This is really pathetic customer service!
worst experience ever, late with my delivery they do not update their tracking system regularly, I called like 10 times were made promises never received calls back, I spoke to Zinzi, Chandler as well as Pumla who is supposed to be a supervisor who swore to call me back she never did. I only received my parcel today 23.04.24 where I was supposed to receive it latest 18.04.24 and I needed a gift that was in my parcel which I didn't have needless to say and I explained this to Pumla the supervisor who just never returned my call or helped at all, will NEVER use this courier if I have a choice.
Momentum health decided to change our Health Saver cards as of 1 April 2024, to date I still haven't received my card all though I pay a huge amount into it every month, after I complained the cards manager Marry-ann Buffet called me and she assured me that I would have my card latest 14 April 2024. I have since emailed her and phone her and she hasn't gotten back to me. She doesn't answer her phone and she doesn't reply to messages that I left or my emails.
With momentum your health saver funds is paid into a credit card. They’ve cancelled with the “supplier” providing the credit services months ago they knew our cards would stop working 1 April 2024 but did nothing about it to date I don’t have a new card, I’ve been calling and requesting assistance for 3 days, without success now today at 16:34 I get an sms stating the following Dear Member, the new HealthSaver Card was launched on 1 April and lets you spend your HealthSaver funds at a wide range of healthcare partners. To order your card now, call or WhatsApp us on 0860117859, or email us at healthsavercard@momentum.co.za. Regards, Momentum Seriously need I say more??? And now we as members are all stuck without access to our own money
I placed an order online with Makro, received my order today very visibly broken as soon as I took it out of the box I could see it was broken it actually looks like a part is missing. I tried logging a return onsite but when I want to choose a pick up day, I can't so not only am I stuck with a broken devise I can't even log a return. then I called used up a lot of my airtime only to be told an escalation is logged and now I must wait for someone to call me back. I need this devise in order for me to work it is just before a long weekend and nothing is done over weekends and publick holidays! this is the worst and most frustrating service ever!!!
After going back to my doctor's rooms twice due to my medical aid savings money card declining, and spending more than an hour on the phone with more than one person to assist my problem is still not resolved and my account remains unpaid. I have more than enough funds but for some reason the my doctor who's been my doctor for 5 years are not "white listed" with Momentum money, and it is made my job to get this done, as I have explained to Dzivhuluwani Mulaudzi the slip for the speedpoint isn't very clear, I gave him the merchant number over the phone as well and sent the slip to him and he still comes back and tells me I must get a clear slip and that it is my responsibility to get he dr's white listed????? I have been more than understanding driving up and down making phone calls and sending emails but to no success at all in the mean time my account remains outstanding........and seeing that DZivhuluwani told me that it is my right to complain on this platform I decided to it I am awaiting a call back from a supervisor / manager who I was told is unavailable as they are in a meeting
I found them on Facebook and was scared to buy with so many ****s and things but I took a chance and ordered and I can truly say specially since their prices are way better than other places, I am so happy I came a cross this shop. Thank you Firstshop for good service and good prices. Now I just need that Cricut maker budle back in stock please ☺
Please be warned that the service that Road Protect promises for a fee is not what you receive. I am no longer a client of Road Protect but I have fines outstanding that were withing the dates when I still was. Firstly I was not notified by them of the fine as was promised I had to notify them ( which with 90% of my fines were the case) when I sent it to them they first refused to sort it out because I was no longer a client, then I insisted and pointed out that the dates of the fines were within the period where I paid for their services and only after threatening to write a review on hellopeter did they agree to help. Now it's been since beginning December 2023 nothing has been sorted out, they don't follow up with me it is me sending emails and all I get is sorry we haven't had a response from the department. Ans the representative actually and I quote said: We follow up on an "ALMOST" weekly basis. My licence disk will be up for renewal and I will not be able to get it because of these fines. The same happened to a friend whom I refered to them she had to get her disk herself (which is a "service" they promise" but also had fines which they never even notified her off and she had to sort everything out herself. So please , please don't be fooled by this companies empty promises.
I placed an order on Mr Delivery, my order total was just under R200, I ordered a full meal and a milk shake. I received my food and it was ice cold and the chips were stale, I didn't eat any of it as cold reheated burger and chips is not appetizing at all, when I later decided well at least I have the milkshake this was at the point of going sour. I complained to Mr Delivery and was offered a R30 voucher???? really a R30 voucher for a nearly R200 spend?? this is not my first bad experience with Burger King I haven't ordered from them in over a year and was hoping that their service would have improved well it didn't at all!
Lerato Motaung, assist me via email she helped with exactly what I asked step by step, I had no problem following her instructions she was efficient and helpful.
