Shops with hours of fun available. Staff gives good advice and they know the different products to use for beautiful end products. Classes are also frequently available with a variety of new skills to learn

Creative talents not responding
I bought resin from an online shop selling Creative Talents resin. I have never been so disappointed in a product. It is the worst resin I've ever used. When I informed the online shop they first tried to assist and then agreed to give me a refund and I returned the resin to them. I will most certainly recommend the online shop (Habitat Potch) to everyone. Best customer service ever. Creative talents however is a totally different story. I visited their website and completed the online form to inform them of how unhappy I am with their product. Just so they know people are complaining and maybe they can rectify the problem. But they didn't even bother to reply to my email. Nothing. So I guess they are not interested in how we feel about their products. I will think twice before buying anything that carries the Creative Talents name from now on.

Short Sighted Business Ethics
I arrived at Creative Talents Brakpan at 7:27. The door was not locked and the ladies was present at the counter. As I entered I greeted them, whereby I was met with a very short response that they are still closed. I understand that their trading hours are from 7:30 but as a business owner myself this is not the way to welcome your first customer for the day. It was 3minutes before they open and they where willing to let me wait outside for a mere 3min!! If I entered half an hour or even 15min to early I can still understand, but 3min!!! was so gobsmacked knowing that I would never ever do that to one of my customers. Needless to say I left and won't return.

POOR PATHETIC SERVICE
Creative Talents I'm waiting for paper from April 2021. All the shops in Cape Town is out of stock due to CREATIVE TALENTS not supplying enough. They blame the printer . I phoned them and have the one excuse after the other. As I am supplying crafts to clients, I also look bad for not finishing my orders due to decoupage paper being out of stock the whole time. It won't be long before they can close they doors.

Treat me like a client and remember my purchase makes up your salary month-end.
Walked into the store with my family, as I am new to the area and the province. Very un-friendly staff members. No help offered, asked for help and this was blatantly ignored. Ignored us totally. Would I shop there again, hell NO, rather buy online from craft/art shops from Gauteng.
