Buffalo has collected a parcel from us on 8 December 2022, and today 14 December 2022 the parcel has still not been delivered. This parcel was collected in Krugersdorp and should have been delivered in Johannesburg. When I tracked it online it says returned to buffalo warehouse. How on earth do they return a parcel to their warehouse and just not deliver? I've logged two tickets enquiring about the parcel, I've completed the online contact form on their website and I've tried to get help with their online HELP service. What a joke. Nobody ever returns an email. I even emailed the person who created my account on Buffalo and even they are just not returning my emails. When you try to phone them, you stay on the line for 2 minutes listening to music and then the line is hung up. So they do not seem to try to assist. I am fedup with them and their bad service.
I bought resin from an online shop selling Creative Talents resin. I have never been so disappointed in a product. It is the worst resin I've ever used. When I informed the online shop they first tried to assist and then agreed to give me a refund and I returned the resin to them. I will most certainly recommend the online shop (Habitat Potch) to everyone. Best customer service ever. Creative talents however is a totally different story. I visited their website and completed the online form to inform them of how unhappy I am with their product. Just so they know people are complaining and maybe they can rectify the problem. But they didn't even bother to reply to my email. Nothing. So I guess they are not interested in how we feel about their products. I will think twice before buying anything that carries the Creative Talents name from now on.
I bought online at Habitat potch and the service was absolutely excellent. They do go the extra mile to assist if you have a problem. Can recommend them to anyone.
I love this store. Clean store, friendly staff and great prices. We shop at President hyper every week and have never been disappointed.
I only clicked on one star because I didn't have the option of no stars. Absolute useless company. Trying for three days now to have them collect our parcels. Just promises and nothing else. If you phone the depot no one is capable of assisting and keeps transferring you to someone else. That is until they put the phone down. Commented on their facebook page. NO response. Send email. Again NO response. They just don't care. Will be moving my business elsewhere. We just can't afford to loose clients because of Fastway's incompetance.
