Withholding of Client Funds and Unprofessional Communication
I engaged Credit Fix 6207 (Pty) Ltd to assist with debt recovery for my school. To date, I have not received full payment of the amounts reportedly collected on my behalf. Despite several written requests, the company has failed to provide a complete statement of account or confirm that funds were deposited into a compliant trust account as required by the Debt Collectors Act. What I found particularly concerning was the tone of correspondence received from a representative of their “legal department” — someone who is reportedly still studying law and not a practising attorney. This individual issued legal threats and accusations, which I believe were inappropriate and unprofessional given the circumstances. I have submitted a formal complaint to the Council for Debt Collectors and am awaiting their investigation. I would encourage others to carefully review all terms and insist on full financial transparency when engaging with this company.

bad company not following popi act
i receceived a threat massage from this unknown person, and she have all my information my personal details , telling me about she will send sheriff to collect my furnishers if i don't make payment today by 15:00, i don't understand, i have never received a call from her to explain the reason of this massage, and the lady is very rude and arrogant , she did not even ask if she is speaking to the right person or not ,not even protection my info , not following POPI act even to ask my name she just attack me , and say are you going to make payment or must i send sheriff ,

Credit - Fix Pty Ltd is a scam
Credit- fix Pty Ltd is a scam!!!!!! My account was handed over by FHK education CRECHE because they were talking negatively about my child who attended their CRECHE. Then I removed my child. I paid Credit fix the money that I owed. To date they are still demanding the money every month. Their fees are not adding up, their business is ran on WhatsApp only. I have never been called via a landline or someone explain how their fees worked. The lady Liz is rude and when I dispute the charges she quickly threatens to black list. One of them spoke about discount which I ddnt understand hence am saying their fees are not adding up.They are victimising and I have accounts with prominent credit providers but I have never experienced this kind of treatment. They need to stop. The people I have received the WhatsApps from is Liz &Sonet. Please be aware! This company is not good.
