Fnb Staff is too tired
Fnb please send your staff on leave cause Lesego at the FNB Service Desk is so tired of people shouting at her and get told that the bank pays her not Fnb clients... She needs to move to non client service

FNB Funeral Dishonesty
I am so sick of FNB life taking money when and how much they want to 3rd month in a row they think they can double deduct just like they want to I am fed up thinking of moving away from this bank who gave them the right to do that!!! now i am prob going to have to pay bank fees too. First national dissapointment!!

Dishonest,Unhelpful and the reason why people support piracy!! We activated our dstv stream premium package for R699 p.m suddenly we get a notification the amount to be paid is R780 and then when I went to pay via eft on the dstv app before the debit date the account suddenly shows an amount of -R1997 and then we are told there is an additional streaming package added by who??? We did not even access an additional package option simply added a device as we were told by DSTV!!
