I have a problem with my account My car was ****** and recovered I was told to make waiver payment of 4550 Before I get my car back I made an arrangement to pay it for period of 3 months And Before I pay I became sick I missed 1 month of my Renta payment was due on the 20th On the 29 I missed pace call from Ethel and she send me email Advising that my contract was canceled and I'm liable to pay the arrears Today I phoned to ask how to I make arrangements and payment to get my car back she advised is not possible The contract has been canceled I don't understand why So I asked if contract is canceled do I get my deposit back , or what is the process she advised that nothing . I have to pay the arrears and no car I can't get it back I feel like i was robed No chance to get my deposit or my car Please her

i was treated unfaily as a client twice at cash cruseders , 1*incident was i loan my HP laptop and i went to pay for it , they didnt give me the laptop after they made me wait for morathan an hour they couldnt find it, the lady said i can go home she will call me as soon as she find it, i did follow up for a week , and i couldnt get joy, i went to their shop , only to find that the responds was please chose another laptop at the shop because we couldint find your it was burn to ashes we had some incident the day you paid the laptop, not even comasation me for my loss , time and petrol money , i refused and they refunded me the money that i paid , and it was less that the purchsing amount and i let it go 2* now is my phone , i received sms to extend on the 2nd and when i follow the link is expired , i phoned the shop they advised my phone is no more there is in the floor , i must buy it back for R1500 and the loan was for R800, to pay it out was 807 because i already extended once , i feel like im being robed, i must buy my phone back for more that the purchase price and more than the loan amount meaning that no more loan there if you take your staff to them just be prepared to lose it
i receceived a threat massage from this unknown person, and she have all my information my personal details , telling me about she will send sheriff to collect my furnishers if i don't make payment today by 15:00, i don't understand, i have never received a call from her to explain the reason of this massage, and the lady is very rude and arrogant , she did not even ask if she is speaking to the right person or not ,not even protection my info , not following POPI act even to ask my name she just attack me , and say are you going to make payment or must i send sheriff ,

Capitec with their funeral policy they like to scam people . And they dont want to refund the money. When you go to the brqnch they will sell funeral policy ans whn u pay they eitrher debit on wrong date . And will not check the sour ve od funds thy just debit Debited my money i went to recerse but still nothing. From last month to date
Fraud and incompetent agents I was over charged on December 2022 and the agent phoned he said he will check my finances and he will get back to me . Even today no body phoned me. I have 2 decoders 1 explora which 2as disconnected long time around june 2022 and on December i requested reconnection and i was charger more than required . Instead of reconect explora she said she will charge me double because she is unable to reconect. And ibaskwd her why she saying is unknown erro. I paid R511 PLUS R488 while im on access. This amount is a lot . She told.me all.my dec are fine . As i was at the place where i wanted explora only to work . I didnt know that the other dec is on or not because no one was home . I came back jhb only to find the other dec is disconnected. I phoned they charged me more again . And the agent didnt know her story she was also eating without concetraiting and being rude . Can i get my money back or reconect my services
Im tired of dstv I have 2 decoders and internet. I disconnect the explora on july 2022 becuse is at lipompo and no one at home . I was left with hd and internet. Now i wanted to reconect explora because im home . They said it needs escalations. They did escalate and promise to solve the problem with 1 hour but its been 2 days now . And i paid but no connection. They connected the hd and no one is watching hd . I want explora to be connected they said they dont find it in tge systeam . There is nothing they can do . I fail to understand why they cant help me while i paid . On top of that they over charging me . Im using access for 120 but i paid 511 still no explanation no connection
Is a scam . Overcharge every month. My acce is 120 intenet 167 insurance 35. Sms received on the 21 i was supposed to pay 273. Which i did not pay. My services was disconnected. On the 21 October and on the 8 november i paid 242 . And still disconnected. I was told to pay extra 96 . I dont undestastand why because i was disconnected from 21 October to date. Why must i pay more than my monthly subscription payment. .o wested 1 hour 30 minutes on a call with no solution losed 300 airtime for nothing . I spoke to bongiwe team leader also she is not sure of her shorty
