Thokozile Trumps Ticket Trouble in Cricket South Africa

We went to watch Day 1 of the boxing Test of Pakistan vs South Africa. As we went to pick up tickets there was many complications but Thokozile Mbele of cricket South Africa was so helpful. She treated us like human beings, was kind, went above board and she was not rude at all compared to everyone else at the ticket stands that morning. She swiftly resolved the matter of where the tickets where and cleared up all the confusion. We are beyond thankful to her as she helped us have a good family bonding time which is rare for us with extremely busy schedules. Thanks Thokozile Mbele from Cricket South Africa you are a keeper.
