Cricket South Africa shop - no feedback
I purchased a cricket shirt online from Cricket SA shop. I sent an email last week regarding the refund as the shirt is too small. Till date I have not yet received an update, please can you call me urgently

SA v India Test at Newlands - No refunds for season ticket holders
SA v India Test. Part of letter to holders of tickets is below. "Dear Cricket Fan! As you are well aware, Betway Test match at Newlands - South Africa vs India ended early. Cricket SA has announced that refunds will be available and that these refunds will be administered by the Ticketing Agent, TicketPros. Refunds will be made up to 30 days from the date of the match. " BUT NO REFUND FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS WHO BOUGHT TICKETS FOR THE 5 DAYS. See below "Due to the fact that your Test Match Package was in this instance discounted by 30% there will be no further reductions in the form of refunds. We thank all the current Season Ticket Holder for some many years of support, it is greatly appreciated." Don't they realise that 30% of nothing is nothing? We are not expecting a 100% refund - we are happy to take 70% of the tickets not used! We just want to be treated fairly and in the same way as other ticket holders.

Cricket South Africa, saves the day
Big shout out to Cricket SA for proving commentary of the woman's world cup semi-final. Jenna was excellent!! DSTV has captured the sports arena and no radio stations were providing any coverage. Very sad for South Africans. Battled for hours to find commentary. Eventually found CSA website. But heads up and big thank you to CSA!!

Cricket South Africa, saves the day
Big shout out to Cricket SA for proving commentary of the woman's world cup semi-final. Jenna was excellent!! DSTV has captured the sports arena and no radio stations were providing any coverage. Very sad for South Africans. Battled for hours to find commentary. Eventually found CSA website. But heads up and big thank you to CSA!!

Cricket South Africa shame on you
Has a cricket fan. Im truly sick of the big guys in the office dragging our sport that we love through the mud. They make me truly sick. Please follow example of rugby south africa. We are slowly heading in the same direction as cricket Zimbabwe. I've seen this before. Wake up and get your act together. Give the game back to us the fans. Because we clearly care more about it then of yous ever will. I wish I could have given you a blank star instead of the one star which is the lowest we can select on this site.

CSA - No time for queries about woman in sport
You know what ****es me off beyond the point of return (after two moths of struggle you would also start swearing) is that there are always complaints about support for South African sport etc. But when you try and support you get ignored. I have been trying since 04 December 2018 to get answers out of SOMEONE. Facebook, twitter, instagram, info@cricket, you name it but obviously you are just to good to reply to people. Your Schedule on your website (the pdf one to download reads as follows: Men: 3 Feb 2019 18:00 KFC T20i South Africa vs Pakistan Supersport Park Centurion Woman: 3 Feb 2019 TBC T20i South Africa vs Sri Lanka Bidvest Wanderers Johannesburg ????????????????????????????????????????????????? I want to see the ladies match. but when I go onto ticketpro the match on Wanderers for the day is the mens match @ 14:30. How the hell are we even supposed to support womans sports. As it is womans sport does not get the exposure it deserves and when people like me try and support them more there is just no assistance from CSA to help us in doing so. I sincerely do apologise if woman is just not important enough in your world, but can someone give me some kind of answer. It has been two months that I have been trying to sort this out.

Thokozile Trumps Ticket Trouble in Cricket South Africa
We went to watch Day 1 of the boxing Test of Pakistan vs South Africa. As we went to pick up tickets there was many complications but Thokozile Mbele of cricket South Africa was so helpful. She treated us like human beings, was kind, went above board and she was not rude at all compared to everyone else at the ticket stands that morning. She swiftly resolved the matter of where the tickets where and cleared up all the confusion. We are beyond thankful to her as she helped us have a good family bonding time which is rare for us with extremely busy schedules. Thanks Thokozile Mbele from Cricket South Africa you are a keeper.

Thokozile Trumps Ticket Trouble in Cricket South Africa

<p>Please folks, for how long can we keep carrying this dead man walking called JP Duminy. Don't worry he can still play County Cricket and some first class or even some T20 around the globe but please not for Proteas anymore. </p> <p>Enough is Enough CSA</p> <p>You either choose JP or us the #ProteaFire Family. </p>
