<div>I wish I could give no stars. Because that's the customer service I've received. Our internet has been down since Friday. We have contacted the call center more than 20 times. And keep getting informed. We've swapped your ip address and updated the router software. And still we have to restart our router every 10 minutes to get 10 minutes worth of connection. I'm paying for a service I'm not currently getting. This is probably my que to start looking for another provider. Devlin told us they will try and see if they can diagnose whether it's my router or the fibre box. But nothing has yet. They are probably on holiday already. Come month end. They will debit my account surely</div>
Hello. Where do I start. I'm a small business owner and trusted miway to be my preferred insurer because of their competitive premiums. But boy do I regret this decision. I've been trying for one month now to get my claims resolved. I deal in trailer rentals and boy was I let down by thus organization. Both my trailers were classed has uneconimical to repair. Trailers collected and I've forwarded my original national docs to head office. Small businesses are the heart of any economy. I will really be forced to go where I will pay higher premiums but quicker service. My business has taken a huge dent because of this matter. So disappointed
Worst company ever. I tried using them for my fleet monitoring. My one unit has been offline now for 2 months. Now assistance whatsoever. I keep on requesting call back via the app to address the issue. They eventually came out and replaced a faulty unit. With another brand new faulty unit.
I'm truly very disappointed with the service I've received from miway this past weekend. My wife had a small accident with her range rover. And I logged a claim Friday. They only tried making contact with me on Monday. I've decided to repair the damages personally. The disappointing issue is that my personal and business insurance is with miway. This did not feel like a personal experience. Very disappointed, if this is how miway value their clients. I'm better of looking for another insurer that will show more compassion for their clients. Not good miway.

Please don't lie and say you an agent will contact me shortly. I pulled a paid report on kudough which showed my compuscan credit score dropped from 657 to 2. And capitec system compuscan reported that I do not have enough information to have a credit rating. But I own property and 3 credit cards which are all in good standing.
Please explain how my credit score went from good yesterday to Minus 655 today. Mickey mouse operation. The one thing that's required of you guys do to is consistent and accurate reporting and you cant even do that.
The worst service ever. And they can lie. I made a purchase an was informed the goods will be delivered the following day. I had the contractors out and had to pay 2days in a row for nothing because my materials had not arrived. I'm disgusted by this company. Should rather have gone to chamberlains or builders warehouse
