Cross Country very bad insurance company

This is the worst expierance that i have ever had in my life. First my car was insured with Cross Country insurance and when i was in an accident they informed me that they will pay my premiums back but will not cover the damage on the car.

After that i had a breaking in my house in september and after emailing Cross Country almost every day there were no feedback at all. it is January now and my claim is stll not sorted out.

These are a bunch of ******, they pay assessors to fill I half a report to not pay out the full damage to my property.

I would strongly advise people in South Africa NOT to use this insurance company. Staff is very short tempered and rude and they will ***** every cent you have without remorse.
