Unhappy customer

Ia bought two items, a vialli jean and shirt both white. They were delivered by The courier guy

My problem is that when i received my order both my items were dirty, like they have been fitted on or something, couldn't return them because the event i bought them for is this weekend. So I just wanna know if this is what they do to their customers or I just happened to be a victim of such?
