Disgusting Experience at Waterfront Branch – ****roach in My Hot Chocolate!

I visited the Waterfront branch on 9 October 2024 and ordered a hot chocolate and a cookie. This place is my usual go-to between breaks. However, I was absolutely horrified to find a ****roach in my hot chocolate after already drinking half of it!

This is beyond unacceptable for any food and beverage establishment. The hygiene standards here are clearly appalling, and this should never happen. I am incredibly disappointed at this disgusting experience.

I strongly advise against visiting this branch if you care about cleanliness and food safety.
