Underwhelming!

Probably the most underwhelming facility we have ever experienced. The room was tiny, bed uncomfortable, shower didn’t work so we had to use the hand shower. My wife booked 2 nights and a full day spa treatments. The treatments didn’t last longer than 4 hours including all the breaks.

On a positive note however the Manageress Anne-Marie was fantastic. Friendly and extremely accommodating. Food was good and the ladies from the Spa were very friendly particularly Thandi
