They were collecting the debt on behalf of Vodacom I ended up paying more than I should and they said they’ll refund me which they didn’t until now my account is handled by many people and when I request for recorded calls saying how much is my balance they don’t respond.

I've been receiving numerous messages from these people, and I fail to understand why. Oh, message says you collecting on SARS behalf. I'm fully aware that you know that there's so much ***** happening, and yet we are to believe an SMS and when I check my SARS App there's nothing. Could you please stop contacting me. Thanks

CSS Credit solutions, what's the point of getting us to submit documents to proof unemployed whilst you'll keep on harassing people. You consultants are very rude to us and I will be contacting Cell to appoint another debt collector if they want to collect money from me other than that I won't be paying off the account. How do you expect me to pay you after you told me to figure how I'm going to pay my debt when I told you I'm currently unemployed and have sent my documents to you ... It's my money after all and I have every right to decide what to do with it and I would have worked very hard to be told those words... I can not and never tolerate your unprofessional behaviour. I'm also gonna report this to Cell c customer care

I have received excellent service from a consultant by the name of Khuthadzo, This is actually where the excellent service stops. Nedbank already sent my paid up letter on 15 December 2025 to Brooks and Luyt/CSS. Already a lot of calls has been made by me to there offices and did Khuthadzo also follow up with there Admin Department who seems to have sent letter to me. To date I did still not receive any emails. Could they sent letter within next 24 hours as my email adress are 100% correct on their system as emails of Khuthadzo is coming through but the Admin Department not and are they the only ones that can forward letter. They also needs to update there records concerning this already paid debt.

I'm trying to resolve an issue on my Standard Bank account and there is no answer every time or the call drops automatically? The one time I got through, to the person transferred me and the call then dropped. I've been trying for 2 days now. The debit date on my account was automatically changed without my knowledge, from the 10th to the 2nd. This resulted in a the debit returning unpaid and extra charges. There were funds in my account on the 10th to pay the debit order.
