Worst Latino cafe ever

I was attacked, harassed and embarrassed and treated like a ******** at Cubana fores****. I paid my bill with a card, the waitress claimed that she did not get the money , but the money went off my account and I had proof of payment. They took our phones and held me hostage. We had to go back to Cubana the following day to pay more money so we can get our phones . The manager, a light in complexion Congolese guy was so rude to me , he shouted that I be taken to the security that literally pushed me to the back . It’s been 3 days now I went to my bank to enquire about this , the money has been processed on my account, meaning Cubana got the money and I paid them twice . So if I didn’t have the money to pay the second time , I would’ve been without my phone for 3 days . I will never ever go to Cubana again as I had the similar experience in Cubana Tableview in 2018 and I’ve never been there again .
