Absolute Incompetence — Do Not Waste Your Time or Money!
I am beyond frustrated with Vumatel and Vox. I recently had a new installation done, and the internet has never worked from day one. Despite multiple visits from technicians, nothing gets fixed — it’s clear they don’t know what they’re doing. Every time I call or try to follow up, there is zero communication, no updates, and no accountability. I’ve wasted countless hours trying to get a service that I am yet to pay for in 2 days , but all I get are empty promises and excuses. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. I would never recommend these companies to anyone. They are a total waste of money, time, and energy

Worst insurance ever
they are the worst cellphone insurance, I'm insured with them since early 2022 never claimed, I lost my phone A WEEK AGO.. THEY ARE GIVING ME replacement that is less the value of what I was insured. MY SUM INSURED IS R18941 AND they are giving me a phone that is R11000.

Worst Latino cafe ever
I was attacked, harassed and embarrassed and treated like a ******** at Cubana fores****. I paid my bill with a card, the waitress claimed that she did not get the money , but the money went off my account and I had proof of payment. They took our phones and held me hostage. We had to go back to Cubana the following day to pay more money so we can get our phones . The manager, a light in complexion Congolese guy was so rude to me , he shouted that I be taken to the security that literally pushed me to the back . It’s been 3 days now I went to my bank to enquire about this , the money has been processed on my account, meaning Cubana got the money and I paid them twice . So if I didn’t have the money to pay the second time , I would’ve been without my phone for 3 days . I will never ever go to Cubana again as I had the similar experience in Cubana Tableview in 2018 and I’ve never been there again .

Makro sucks
I placed an order on the 17th of September 2024 , today it is the 17th of October, my order status is still saying packed. I have called numerous times and been getting no assistance but stories , I call everyday to cancel this order but it is still not cancelled…. I've wasted a good portion of my time and sanity and spent a ton of money on airtime, holding on forever, whilst all their *********** call center staff can say is "Sorry, we don't know what's going on, but it's been escalated, and someone will call you back." which never happens. , I just want to be refunded, so that I do not need to deal with your ineffectual staff ever again in my life.
